My Brain's Pattern
Your Brain's Pattern |
![]() Your mind is an incubator for good ideas, it just takes a while for them to develop. But when you think of something, watch out! Your thoughts tend to be huge, and they come on quickly - like an explosion. You tend to be quiet around others, unless you're inspired by your next big idea. |
Your Brain's Pattern |
![]() Your mind is a creative hotbed of artistic talent. You're always making pictures in your mind, especially when you're bored. You are easily inspired to think colorful, interesting thoughts. And although it may be hard to express these thoughts, it won't always be. |

Aasuon ...
Aasuon ke chalne ki aawaz nahi hoti,
Dill ke tootne ki aahat nahi hoti
Agar hota khuda ko har dard ka ehsas,
Toh use dard dene ki aadat nahi hoti

Dont touch my 'BUM'
finally here....
updating after a long long time... have so many things to put down...
let me start with something whihc happened in past three weeks...
some of our clients from France were in bangalore for giving us training...the first week it was only Mr L, the second week it was Mr L and Mrs S, the third week it was Mr L and Mr C.... at first i thot Mrs S is actually Miss S... but after some history digging i got to know that she is married and has a two yr old kid.... but she didnt look like a married women form any angle....
the training was for the new product which is going to be released sometime in march... some new technologies and stuff... ok ok ... i wont get into that...
let me present some extracts from the training and conversation which took place...
week 1:
Mr L : this is my BUM and this is your BUM
Some colleagues who cudnt control: gets out of the training room laughing loudly..
Mr L: whats the problem
Me: Nothing, they just had to visit the 'thinking room'
Mr L : what?
Me: Nothing L, they'll get back soon
Mr L: ok, lets continue. Where was I?
Me : at my BUM
Mr L: ok, mitesh, when you are 'modifying your BUM' you cannot touch my BUM
Me: *thinking* i have no inclination of touching your BUM
Mr L: shalini, when you create your BUM and give it to me for using I wud add some extra parameters and give it to the other developers to use it
Shalini: *thinks* wtf? avoids eye contact with anyone...
for the following days Mr L, plays around with his and our BUMs
Week 2: Mrs S starts her training
Mrs S: i am sure L had told you everything about the BUM
All: Yes, he has
Mrs S: Mitesh, can you give me your BUM...the BUM which you created last week
Me: *all in my head* i cant give you the BUM which i created last week...its not in good shape
Mrs S: ok, everyone...we all will work on mitesh's BUM now
Me: S can i touch your BUM during this exercise??
Mr L: no no no...you are not allowed to touch S's BUM
Mrs S: My BUM is exclusive and you will get access to it only after you need use some application related parameters??
Me: *trying my best not to laugh*
Mr L: you will all create your BUMs and send it to France so that developers there can use it and beautify it
Me: *chakkar* *faints and falls*
Mrs S: are you ok mitesh
Me: yes S, please continue...
and now training continues
Weeks 3: Mr C.... he is a guy who used the word 'obliged' like a 500 times in 4 days...
Mr C: Lets start the training by seeing your BUMs
Mr C: you are obliged to do this, this, this and this at this stage
Mr C: Mitesh you are not obliged to touch S's BUM...
Mr C: mitesh you are now obliged to do this and this but you are not obliged to touch anyone else's BUM during this....
...... obliged....
... obliged....
....
.....we continue doing some stuff ...
Me: C, i have finished the assignment
Mr C: Ah, there you go, now you can defenitely touch S's BUM and add your parameters and do what you want to do with it....
the training ended on last saturday....
now BUM is actually BOM- Business Object Model
but when these French people pronounced it, it sounded like BUM... yeah the English BUM....
you never know from where you get your daily dose of fun.....
next inline is the quiz which i took, found it at Neetie's blog...
| The Keys to Your Heart |
![]() You are attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free. In love, you feel the most alive when your lover is creative and never lets you feel bored. You'd like to your lover to think you are optimistic and happy. You would be forced to break up with someone who was emotional, moody, and difficult to please. Your ideal relationship is open. Both of you can talk about everything... no secrets. Your risk of cheating is 100%. You are not suited for a monogamous relationship. You think of marriage as something precious. You'll treasure marriage and treat it as sacred. In this moment, you think of love as something you don't need. You just feel like flirting around and playing right now. |

I am getting bored in office... No new work assigned to me yet... So what do i do... I go quizzing... Well I took a few quizzes... Some were interesting and some were ... errr... *yuck*...
Some gave very good results...pretty close to what I actually am... so let the fun begin.. have a look at few of them...
I have rated the results based on how close they are....
* means not at all me
** means little bit me
*** somewhat me
**** pretty much me
***** completely agree
1) What Type of Killer Are You?
My Rating - *****
You are a Samurai.
You are full of honour and value respect. You
are not really the stereotypical hero, but you
do fight for good. Just in your own way. For
you, it is most certainly okay to kill an evil
person, if it is for justice and peace. You
also don't belive in mourning all the time and
think that once you've hit a bad stage in life
you just have to get up again. It's pointless
to concentrate on emotional pain and better to
just get on with everything. You also are a
down to earth type of person and think before
you act. Impulsive people may annoy you
somewhat.
Main weapon: Sword
Quote: "Always do the right thing.
This will gratify some people and astonish the
rest" -Mark Twain
Facial expression: Small smile
2) What wise quote fits you?
My Rating - ****
Your wise quote is: "Our greatest glory is not
in never falling, but in rising everytime we
fall" by Confucius.
Yes indeed, you see true strenght can only be
seen when a person has "fallen". Only
then one can tell how they will handle it. Just
don't make others fall so you can know who they
really are. You on the other hand may be a very
quick recoverer and don't let people bring you
down. You are your own, and you're find with
that. Emotional issues is something you handle
rather nicely.
3) What Do You Need in Your Life?
My Rating : ****
You need love.
You are a pretty normal, well-rounded person
that just craves that fairy tale love where you
will be swept off your feet and live happily
ever after. Chances are that you fantasize or
dream about it so much that you either see all
the guys/girls as unromantic or you tell
yourself that anyone could be your soulmate.
You long to have someone by your side and you
want to give back on the romance part too, not
just give.
All quizzes brought to you by Quizilla
Do try and take the quiz. It tells a lot about you. Have fun.
Will post the result of other quiz later.

Life is a series of Problems...
We all face problems in out lives but the question is how do you deal with them and what steps do you take? Are you scared of problems?
Ever wondered who creates these problems and what is the intention? You may say your boss creates problem for you at work. But does it happen that way? May be your boss is just another medium thru which the problem is put in front of you and you have to solve the damm problem.Thats it.
The problem you face will either defeat you or develop you—depending on how you respond to them. Unfortunately most people fail to see how God wants to use problems for good in their lives. They react foolishly and resent their problems rather then pausing to consider what benefit they might bring.
Lets see how God comes into picture and how he creates problems at different stages of our life.
God uses problem to DIRECT you
Sometimes God must light a fire under you to get you moving. Problems often point us in a new direction and motivate us to change. Is God trying to get your attention?
God uses problem to INSPECT you
People are like tea bags…. If you want to know what’s inside them, just drop them into hot water! Has God ever tested your faith with a problem? What do problems reveal about you?
God uses problems to CORRECT you
Some lessons we learn only through pain and failure. It’s likely that as a child your parents told you not to touch a hot stove. But you probably learned by being burned. Sometimes we only learn the value of something… health, money, love, a relationship… by losing it.
God uses problems to PROTECT you
A problem can be a blessing in diguise if it prevents you from being harmed by something more serious. Last year a friend was fired for refusing to do something unethical that his boss had asked him to do. His unemployment was a problem – but it saved him from being convicted and sent to prison a year later when management’s actions were eventually discovered.
God uses problems to PERFECT you
Problems, when responded to correctly, are character builders. God is far more interested in your character than your comfort. Your relationship to God and your character are the only two things your’re going to take with you into eternity.
Here’s the point: God is at work in your life – even when you do not recognize it or understand it. But it’s much easier and profitable when you do.
